10-4-109. Commissioner of Agriculture to keep sales records; publication.

  1. The Commissioner of Agriculture shall cause to be kept and compiled the information submitted to him as to the sales of tobacco in this state. He shall cause such records to be kept in a manner so as to show the number of pounds of Type 14 tobacco sold by each warehouse as well as the number of pounds of other than Type 14 tobacco sold by each warehouse. He shall cause such records to be kept in a manner so as to show separately the number of pounds of Type 14 tobacco and other types sold by producers and the number of pounds of each type of tobacco resold. The Commissioner is authorized to cause such information to be published in a manner that he deems most beneficial.
