10-4-11. License for person electing to comply with article and regulations.

  1. If not otherwise required by this article, any person operating a warehouse for the storage of agricultural products may elect to come within this article and, upon approval of the Commissioner, may be licensed under this article. As a condition to the granting of a license under this article, the applicant must agree to comply with this article and any and all regulations promulgated under this article, as well as any and all regulations issued by the Commissioner relating to the storage of agricultural products in the warehouse of the applicant.
