10-4-31. Publishing lists of licensed and bonded warehouses, license terminations, and findings as to violations.

  1. The Commissioner may publish in print or electronically the names and locations of warehouses licensed and bonded, the names and addresses of persons licensed under this article, and lists of all licenses terminated under this article and the causes therefor. Whenever it is found, under this article, that such warehouseman is not performing the duties imposed on him by this article and the rules and regulations made under this article, the Commissioner may publish in print or electronically his findings.
