10-4-56. Purchase or lease of, or contracting for, compress plant by commissioner.

  1. The commissioner shall have the right to erect, buy, lease, or otherwise contract for a compress plant, or make contract or contracts with existing compress owners for the compression of cotton, as may be necessary in the conduct of the business under this article.
