10-4-59. Cooperation with other states.

  1. The commissioner shall cooperate with other states where a state warehouse system is in operation and promote the formation of an interstate board so that there may be uniformity in handling and marketing the crop in all the states; and the commissioner is authorized to spend such sums as may be necessary for this purpose.
