Disclosure on investigations. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the Commissioner may disclose to any notifying broker-dealer, investment adviser, or qualified individual the general status or final disposition of any investigation that arose from a report made by the broker-dealer, investment adviser, or qualified individual under this article. ## History Code 1981, § 10-5-105, enacted by Ga.
