Mitigation of damages for improper dismissal. When an agent has been improperly dismissed before the expiration of his time, earnings which were realized or might have been realized by him up to the end of the term shall go in mitigation of damages. ## History Civil Code 1895, § 3017; Civil Code 1910, § 3589; Code 1933, § 4-216. ## History of Code Section.
