All moneys received pursuant to the authority of this chapter, whether as grants, contributions, or gifts or as revenues, rents, and earnings, shall be deemed to be trust funds to be held and applied solely as provided in this chapter, except that grants, contributions, or gifts, the terms or conditions of which require that the proceeds thereof be held separately in trust, shall be held in the manner and applied solely for the purposes specified. ## History Ga.
