# O.C.G.A. § 11-13-101. Effective date.

This article shall become effective at 12:01 A.M. on January 1, 1995.

## Amendments

The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, redesignated former Code Section 11-12-101 as present Code Section 11-13-101.
