(2) A person in the position of a seller may as provided in this article withhold or stop delivery (Code Section 11-2-705) and resell (Code Section 11-2-706) and recover incidental damages (Code Section 11-2-710). ## History Code 1933, § 109A-2-707, enacted by Ga.
