12-3-170. Making and developing plans for administration and maintenance of memorial or shrine.

  1. It shall be the duty of the Department of Natural Resources to proceed with the making and developing of the plans for administering and maintaining a memorial or shrine at or in the vicinity of Royston, Franklin County, Georgia, to perpetuate the memory of the late Ty Cobb.
