12-3-411. Jurisdiction of actions under this part.

  1. Any action to protect or enforce any rights under this part or pertaining to validation of any bonds issued under this part shall be brought in the Superior Court of Baldwin County, Georgia; and such court shall have exclusive, original jurisdiction of such actions. Nothing contained in this part shall be construed to impair any rights afforded the state under the Constitution of the United States.
