# O.C.G.A. § 12-3-442. Definitions.

As used in this part, the term:

(1) ‘‘Agency’’ means any agency, board, commission, or department within the executive branch of the state government of Georgia.

(2) ‘‘Authority’’ means the Sapelo Island Heritage Authority.
