Definitions. As used in this article, the term: (1) ‘‘Department’’ means the Department of Natural Resources. (2) ‘‘Nongame wildlife’’ means all species of flora and fauna indigenous to Georgia which are not legally taken through hunting, fishing, trapping, or otherwise.
