Applicability of Chapter 13 of Title 50, the ‘‘Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.’’ In the administration and enforcement of this part, all hearings before an administrative law judge shall be subject to Chapter 13 of Title 50, the ‘‘Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.’’ Any party to said hearings (including the director) shall have the right of judicial review in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50. ## History Ga.
