12-5-289. Inspection of marshlands.

  1. The department, through its officers, staff, and game wardens, shall, in addition to its other duties prescribed by law, make reasonable inspections of the marshlands to ascertain whether the requirements of this part and the rules, regulations, and permits promulgated or issued under this part are being faithfully complied with.
