Emergency orders; hearing. Whenever the division finds that an emergency exists requiring that such action be taken as it deems necessary to meet the emergency, notwithstanding any other provisions of this article, such order shall be effective immediately. Any person to whom such order is directed shall comply therewith immediately but, on application to the division, shall be afforded a hearing as soon as possible. On the basis of such hearing, the division shall continue such order in effect, revoke it, or modify it. ## History Ga. L. 1964, p. 416, § 20.
