# O.C.G.A. § 12-5-90. Short title.

This part shall be known and may be cited as the ‘‘Ground-water Use Act of 1972.’’

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 1992, ‘‘Ground-water’’ was substituted for ‘‘Ground Water’’.
