12-6-13. Director — Oath; bond; location of office.

  1. The director shall take oath of office and give bond in the sum of $10,000.00 in the usual form required of state officials. The director shall have offices at the site of the state capitol or at such other place as may be recommended by the commission and approved by the Governor. The office of the director shall be the office of the commission.
