12-6-52. Licenses — Issuance generally; endorsement by registrant of plans, maps, specifications, and reports issued by registrant.

  1. The board shall issue a license upon payment of a registration fee as provided for in this part to any applicant who, in the opinion of the board, has satisfactorily met all of the requirements of this part. The issuance of a license by the board shall be evidence that the person named therein is entitled to all the rights and privileges of a registered forester while the license remains unrevoked or unexpired. Plans, maps, specifications, and reports issued by a registrant shall be endorsed with his name and license number during the life of the registrant’s license.
