12-8-103. Rules and regulations.

  1. The board shall have the power to adopt, promulgate, modify, amend, and repeal rules and regulations to implement and enforce the provisions of this part as necessary to provide for the investigation and remediation of voluntary remediation properties, to the extent necessary to facilitate the accomplishment of the provisions, purposes, standards, and policies of this part.
