12-8-180. Definitions.

  1. As used in this article, the term:

  2. (1)

    ‘‘Board’’ means the Board of Natural Resources.#

  3. (2)

    ‘‘Commissioner’’ means the commissioner of natural resources.#

  4. (3)

    ‘‘Division’’ means the Pollution Prevention Assistance Division of the Department of Natural Resources.#

  5. (4)

    ‘‘Division director’’ means the director of the division.#

  6. (5)

    ‘‘Environmental Protection Division’’ means the Environmental Protection Division of the Department of Natural Resources.#
