12-8-184. Confidentiality of information provided by business or industry; ownership of reports and plans.

  1. The division shall not disclose to the public any information designated by law as confidential or proprietary provided by any business or industry in the course of developing and implementing pollution prevention and environmental waste reduction assessments and activities. Pollution prevention and environmental waste reduction reports and plans developed by or for any business or industry shall be the property of such business or industry, except as otherwise agreed to and except for such reports as otherwise required by law to be the property of the division.
