# O.C.G.A. § 13-9-1. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the term:

(1) ‘‘Contract for sale’’ means sales, purchases, agreements of sale, agreements to sell, and agreements to purchase; and

(2) ‘‘Person’’ means individuals, associations, partnerships, and corporations.
