# O.C.G.A. § 14-3-102. Reservation of power of General Assembly.

The General Assembly has power to amend or repeal all or part of this chapter at any time, and all domestic corporations and foreign corporations subject to this chapter are governed by the amendment or repeal.

Code 1981, § 14-3-102, enacted by Ga. L. 1991, p. 465, § 1; Ga. L. 2023, p. 419, § 1-1/SB 148, effective July 1, 2023.

## Amendments

The 2023 amendment, effective July 1, 2023, inserted a comma following “at any time” and “corporations” following “all domestic”.
