14-3-121. Forms.
Current through: Including Acts of the 2025 Regular Session of the General Assembly.
The Secretary of State may prescribe and furnish on request forms for:
- (1)
An application for a certificate of existence;#
- (2)
A foreign corporation’s application for a certificate of authority to transact business in this state;#
- (3)
A foreign corporation’s application for a certificate of withdrawal;#
- (4)
The annual registration; and#
- (5)
Such other forms not in conflict with this chapter as may be prescribed by the Secretary of State.#

Amendments
The 2023 amendment, effective July 1, 2023, substituted “to transact business” for “to conduct affairs” in paragraph (2).
