# O.C.G.A. § 14-3-747. Applicability to foreign corporations.

In any derivative proceeding in the right of a foreign corporation, the matters covered by this article shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the foreign corporation except for Code Sections 14-3-743 and 14-3-745 and paragraph (2) of Code Section 14-3-746.

## Amendments

The 2023 amendment, effective July 1, 2023, substituted “this article” for “this part”.
