14-4-103. Acceptance of amendment conclusively presumed.

  1. After the filing of an application for an amended charter under Code Section 14-4-100 and the issuance of the certificate prescribed in Code Section 14-4-101 or 14-4-102, the corporation shall be conclusively presumed to have accepted the amendment specified and shall have, enjoy, and exercise all the corporate powers and privileges set out in the Act or the particular section of the Act specified in the application and certificate.
