Secretary of State to keep record of amendments. The Secretary of State shall keep on file all applications and abstracts filed with him under Code Section 14-4-100 and a book in which he shall enter the names of all the companies obtaining amendments to charters under that Code section, the date of the amendment, and, if appropriate, the Act or portions of the Act adopted as an amendment. ## History Ga.
