Judicial dissolution. On application by or for a partner, the court may decree dissolution of a limited partnership whenever: (1) It is not reasonably practicable to carry on the business in conformity with the partnership agreement; or (2) A general partner has been guilty of such misconduct as tends to affect prejudicially the carrying on of the business. ## History Code 1981, § 14-9-802, enacted by Ga.
