15-10-133. Oath; certificate of appointment.

  1. Immediately and before entering upon the duties of office, the members of the Georgia Magistrate Courts Training Council shall take the oath of office and shall file the same in the office of the Judicial Council, which, upon receiving the oath of office, shall issue to each member a certificate of appointment.
