Municipal jurisdiction. When a contract entered into pursuant to this article has become effective, the judges of the magistrate court shall have full authority to act as judges of the municipal court of the municipality; and the other officers and personnel of the magistrate court shall have full authority to act as officers and personnel of the municipal court. ## History Code 1981, § 15-10-152, enacted by Ga.
