# O.C.G.A. § 15-11-4. Other laws apply to chapter.

Where procedures are not provided in this chapter, the court shall proceed in accordance with:

(1) Title 17 in a delinquency proceeding; and

(2) Chapter 11 of Title 9 in all other matters.
