15-11-480. When jeopardy attaches.

- (a)
When a child enters a denial to a petition alleging his or her delinquency, jeopardy attaches when the first witness is sworn at the adjudication hearing.#
- (b)
When a child enters an admission to a petition alleging his or her delinquency, jeopardy attaches when the court accepts the admission.#
