15-11-650. Purpose of article.
Current through: Including Acts of the 2025 Regular Session of the General Assembly.
The purpose of this article is:
- (1)
To set forth procedures for a determination of whether a child is incompetent to proceed; and#
- (2)
To provide a mechanism for the development and implementation of competency remediation services, when appropriate, including treatment, habilitation, support, or supervision services.#
