15-11-66. Appointment and salaries of probation and intake officers.

- (a)
The judge may appoint one or more probation and intake officers.#
- (b)
The salaries of the probation and intake officers shall be fixed by the judge with the approval of the governing authority of the county or counties for which he or she is appointed and shall be payable from county funds.#
