15-14-27. Administrative work as duty of Administrative Office of the Courts; director to serve as secretary of board.

  1. The administrative and staff work of the board shall be among the duties of the Administrative Office of the Courts created by Code Section 15-5-22. The director of the Administrative Office of the Courts or a designee shall serve as secretary of the board and shall perform all duties which may be assigned by either the board or the Judicial Council to implement this article.
