15-16-56. Injunction to restrain violation.

  1. Whenever there shall be an actual or threatened violation of Code Section 15-16-53 or 15-16-54, the sheriff shall have the right to apply to the superior court of the county of residence of the violator for an injunction to restrain the violation.
