Liability of district attorney; failure to comply as ground for impeachment. If a district attorney fails to comply with Code Section 15-18-6, he is liable to rule as are attorneys at law, with all the penalties and remedies applicable thereto. Failure to comply with the terms of a rule absolute within 20 days from the time it becomes final shall be a ground for impeachment. ## History Orig.
