15-18-43. Members not ineligible for office.

  1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no councilmember shall be ineligible to hold the office of district attorney, solicitor-general, district attorney emeritus, or solicitor-general emeritus by virtue of his or her position as a member of the council.
