15-2-45. Compensation; disposition of fees.

  1. (a)

    The clerk of the Supreme Court shall receive as salary for services a sum as set by the Justices of the Supreme Court, payable in equal monthly installments from the appropriations for the operation of the Supreme Court.#

  2. (b)

    All fees coming to the clerk of the Supreme Court shall be the property of the state and the same shall be paid into the state treasury.#
