Adjournment for providential cause. When from providential cause the Supreme Court cannot be held at the time and place designated by law, it may be adjourned by order of the Justices or by a quorum thereof, in either term time or vacation, to some other convenient time and place; and the session then held shall be valid. Notice shall be given of such adjournment if possible. ## History Orig.
