# O.C.G.A. § 15-21-141. Definitions.

As used in this article, the term:

(1) ‘‘Commission’’ means the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund Commission created in Code Section 15-21-142.

(2) ‘‘Trust fund’’ means the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund created by Code Section 15-21-148.
