15-4-5. Compensation.

  1. The salaries of the reporter and the assistant reporter of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals shall be payable in equal monthly installments, one-half from the appropriations for the operation of the Supreme Court and one-half from the appropriations for the operation of the Court of Appeals.
