Location of office; electronic filing system. (a) The offices of the judges and clerk of the Georgia Tax Court shall sit at the seat of government in Atlanta. (b) The chief court judge, in coordination with the clerk, shall be responsible for designating an electronic filing system. ## History Code 1981, § 15-5B-7, enacted by Ga.
