When judge ineligible for reelection. If any judge of the probate court fails to account faithfully as executor, administrator, or guardian after becoming judge, for all trusts he or she held at the time of his or her election, such judge shall be ineligible for reelection. ## History Ga. The 2018 amendment, effective July 1, 2018, in this Code section, inserted ‘‘or she’’ and ‘‘or her’’ in the middle, and substituted ‘‘such judge shall be’’ for ‘‘he is’’ near the end.
