16-12-232. Reimbursement to state employees for counsel fees.

  1. A state employee is eligible for reimbursement for incurred counsel fees under Code Section 45-12-26 in the event of a federal criminal investigation or prosecution solely related to the employee’s good faith discharge of public responsibilities under this article.
