Regulatory authority. The Office of State Administrative Hearings, through the chief state administrative law judge, shall have the power to promulgate any rules and regulations and establish any procedures that are necessary to carry out, and are not inconsistent with, the provisions of this chapter. ## History Code 1981, § 17-22-11, enacted by Ga.
