17-22-8. Exemptions relating to compensation; attorney’s fees.

- (a)
Any award of compensation made pursuant to this chapter shall not be:#
- (b)
No attorney shall collect any fees, costs, or expenses from a claimant in connection with obtaining relief under this chapter, including any fees, costs, or expenses calculated on a contingency basis, except for the amounts awarded under paragraph (3) of subsection (a) of Code Section 17-22-7.#
