19-11-102. Designated tribunals; support enforcement agency.

(a)
The superior courts, the Office of State Administrative Hearings, and the Department of Human Services are the tribunals of Georgia for purposes of this article.#
(b)
The Department of Human Services shall be the support enforcement agency of this state.#
